A presentation was made on Friday May 20th at Millom Network Centre during Adult Learners’ Week to Mr Alan Chelton.
Alan has undertaken an Adult Literacy core Curriculum Programme delivered on a 1:1 basis with Maureen Hughes (pictured left with Alan and Centre Manager Paul Stewart).
Alan praised the Millom Network Centre for this new opportunity now available free to all. He strongly recommended others in the same position who may have difficulty reading, writing or with numeracy skills to get in touch with Maureen Hughes or Paul Stewart at Millom Network Centre.
He went on to say that this has “…transformed my life!”.
