MNC would benefit from any donations and legacies left in wills to ensure the sustainable future of this charity for the benefit of the local community.
Any money you leave to charity is exempt from inheritance tax reducing the amount of tax payable on your estate (Charity Aid Foundation) The Charity Aid Foundation (link www.cafonline.org) can provide you with suggested clauses for your solicitor to include in your will.
