


Key to Adult Education Course Fees
. FE = Further Education . ACL = Adult Community Learning
(e.g. GCSE Maths) (e.g. Keep Fit)
Fee A:
· Full Fee for FE Courses (Exam cost included)
· Full Fee for ACL Courses
Fee B: 20% Concession - 80% fee charged on ACL Courses but not FE Courses.
· Students over 60 on 1st September 2011 and not in full time employment.
Fee C - ACL Courses:
50% Concession - 50% fee charged on ACL Courses but not FE
Courses if you are:
· Unemployed in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance.
· In receipt of Employment Support Allowance (work and income related).
· In receipt of Income Support.
· In receipt of Working Tax Credit.
· In receipt of Housing/ Council Tax Benefit.
· Aged 16 and under 19 on 1st September 2011.
· In receipt of Pension Tax Credit - guaranteed credit only.
· An unwaged dependant of those listed above.
Fee C - FE Courses:
100% Concession - No fee charged on FE courses (except exam fee) if you are:
· In receipt of Job Seekers Allowance.
· In receipt of Employment Support Allowance
