17 Feb. This course is designed to help business owners focus on the important aspects of running their business. Learn about proactive business planning and how to prioritise the workload. Suitable for anyone who runs a small to medium size enterprise. 9.30am – 11.30pm
M.A.D. Business Breakfast
17 Feb. Join local business people from across South Copeland for the fortnightly Millom & District Business Breakfast. Breakfast served from 7.30am, with the meeting in the Higgins suite between 8am and 9am prompt.
Millom Network Centre AGM
MNC will hold its Annual General Meeting on Thursday 29th March at 6pm. All are welcome, and light refreshments will be available.
South Copeland Tourism and MNC are organising a series of practical workshops which will be of interest to accommodation and tourism businesses in our area.

Restaurant Service course
We hope to provide a three day workshop for restaurant staff which includes restaurant service skills and complaint handling. Welcome Host Gold Certificate and Food Hygiene Certificate. (TBC)

Informal breakfasts are held at MNC every other Friday at 7.30 am. Local businesses in the area are able to network and promote their business in a fun and effective way.
With guest speakers, referral opportunities, business pitch slots and more. These events are currently held every fortnight. Your first two meetings are free.

The new Millom & District Business Forum is an evening networking group for businesses in the South Copeland area. Normally held the first Tuesday of each month, it is specifically aimed at shops and service businesses who cannot make MAD Breakfast meetings on a fortnightly basis.
