Bums, Tums and Thighs is a great fitness course suitable for even those just beginning to get in shape. It is low impact and non-cardiovascular in nature. With energetic music in the background, tutor Natalie Dawson skilfully leads the class through a relaxing, but effective, series of exercises that work to sculpt the thighs, tighten and flatten the tummy and shape the bum. The exercises themselves are similar to Pilates, and focus on strengthening the core muscles of the body.

 

Class size is generally around twelve students, of varying ages and stages of fitness. Laughter is as common as groaning in this class, but giving up never seems to be an option. Mats are provided for the floor work, and students are encouraged to bring a bottle of water and a good attitude.

 

This is a course that promises to show real results in a short period of time. It is run on a ten week basis with on-going enrolment. Make friends and create a lean, strong body by getting involved in Bums, Tums and Thighs.
