Adult Learners’ Week 2010 feedback
For Adult Learner’s Week during May 2010, MNC ran various ‘Drop In’ and ‘Try It’ sessions throughout the week as well as a Course Information Day. MNC was keen to raise awareness during the week of all that is on offer and also to ask customers for their feedback on what they want to see provided in the future. Staff and volunteers attended several events which reflects our commitment to listening to the “Learners’ Voice” and to continuous service improvement. Customers can look forward to a diverse programme where activities are provided in a safe and friendly environment.
